It grants users several perks, including Building and Mobilization Queues, Fire Control, and Permanent Seasonal Unit Unlocks. Conflict of Nations has three-speed settings: 1x, 4x, and 10x. 1x means that the game happens in real speed. 4x means that the game happens at 4x the normal speed, so one minute in real life equals 4 minutes in game. And finally, 10x means that the game is happening at 10x the speed of real life. Security Council won’t aid you much in 1x, but in 4x and 10x, it will help tremendously. If you are waging a vast war, the Security Council is invaluable.
